Overview
We offer a 5-day return and refund scheme. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
At Anomerz Clothing, we primarily focus on exchanges. If you need to exchange an item due to size or fit issues, please contact us at support@anomerz.com. We’ll be happy to assist you in finding the right size and exchanging the product.
Refunds
We process refunds once we receive the returned product. We’ll notify you via email once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our company address and it mentioned in contact page or footer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
